    My healthier meal would be any type of baked chicken, a really good salad, and fresh fruit…..Applebees or Chilis are similar..love both:)

    I love Applebees and they have some great salads along with a section on the menu for people watching their diet. Great service and food.

    When eating out I try to order healthy by avoiding fried foods, creamy sauces and dressings and anything with cheese.

    No, no, no! My family only eats out once in a blue moon, so when we do, there is no counting carbs or calories! We order whatever we'd like… within our budget, lol! :D

    It depends on the restaurant. I usually go with the chicken and a salad. But at Olive Garden I love the lasagne classico.

  29. For healthy meals, I like to get a salad with some good protein, like steak. I have the dressing on the side and just dip my fork in the dressing as needed.

  34. after keeping 6 children this week I think a nice ceasar salad to start maybe stuffed mushroom, and parmasen shrimp with baked potato and broccoli side! sounds like an excellent dinner treat at red lobster:)

    healthy hmmm… well I hate ordering salad at a restaurant, just seems like a waste haha… but my fav healthy-ish restaurant meal is to get a multigrain veggie pizza with chicken on it from boston pizza… all the food groups and not too bad on cals.

    My favorite healthier meal would be any of the grilled selections at Red Lobster…. grilled salmon, tilapia or trout with fresh veggies and rice….YUMMY!

  82. Hmmm, I usually go out to eat as a treat so its not so healthy. But one healthy thing I sometimes get is a large salad with tuna. Yummy and pretty healthy.

    I'm on Weight Watchers and find that Applebees has several meals that fit the plan. I like the sirloin with potatoes and broccoli. On the flip side, Applebees also has some of the very worst meals in terms of healthy eating. Why drench lovely 9-grain bread in grease and then fry it?

    Favorite healthy meals? Hmmm… depends on the restaurant. Chicken anything is generally good, and anything that includes asparagus has my vote! One of my favorites lately (though I'm not sure how healthy it is) is lamb curry from a local Indian food place. mmm
